Reel Lifter and Pay-out

• Grasp upper body of unit and lower into arbor hole.
• With your other hand, raise lift eye. This will cause the toggle to rotate to engage the flange.
• Attach lifting device and raise off floor. You are now ready to lift, stack or unwind.
