		Automated Cut-to-length and Measuring System (2) The CTL Series is designed to automatically pull, measure and cut small gauge flexible material such as insulated wire, aircraft cable, plastic, rubber hose, twine, rope, etc. The puller consists of a fractional horsepower gear motor that is controlled by a 120 V SCR Variable Speed Drive. The counter is an electronic predetermining stop-to-length unit with slow-down and prescaling for in-field calibration. Read-out configurations are available in feet, inches, and metric. Hydraulic, air, abrasive, and other cutting devices are available to suit your requirements. 		Shaftless and Shafted Reel (3) The PRT is provided with deep cycle (8 hr. duty rated) rechargeable batteries as its power source. Battery energy powers the Hydraulic System providing lift, lateral arm movement and also powers the machine in transport mode. Transport forward and reverse with 3 speeds. The PRT if desired may be positioned in front of a Take-up Machine and utilized as a Pay-out Device.
